HUGE Thanks to all the bands who submitted their songs to the NSSN Contest. Last night, the winners were announced and they are...(drum roll please)

Make sure to show out and support your fave at the Final Battle of the Bands showdown at Cafe Du Nord on December 3.
Also for all those who submitted but were not chosen this year, upload your music to the Soundcheck Page so Aaron can hear it.

Design Contest Details:

If you're an artist, designer, graphic designer, or student in the greater Bay Area, we want you to help us design the cover for our Not So Silent Night 2007 schedule. All you have to do is upload your design to the photos section of the Live 105 group page (http://live105.imeem.com) to be entered to win.

Thousands of people will have your artwork in their hands!!

You can have your design inspired by Not So Silent Night, Live 105, or the bands that are in this year's line-up. It would be great to see how people can put together designs inspired by each of those examples.

The deadline for all submissions to be uploaded is November 23rd. The winner for the best design will win a pair (2) of V.I.P. passes to this year's Not So Silent Night Holiday concert.

Remember for the local band contest, the finalists will be chosen based on the number of listens, ratings, and comments so tell all of your friends to come check out your music on (http://live105.imeem.com)!!!

The winning band/artist will be decided based on their performance at the final Battle of the Bands showdown which is held at Cafe Du Nord on December 3.

The final winner will open up for this year's Not So Silent Night on December 7 at the Bill Graham Auditoruim

Overview opened the local band stage at BFD this weekend after winning the Battle of the Bands performance at The Bottom of the Hill on Monday June 4th.

One of the bands on this playlist will open the local band stage at LIVE 105's BFD music festival this summer at the Shoreline Amphitheatre. Be sure to scroll down to hear all 20 bands on our playlist. Rank each track and add your comments to help us pick the top five bands and tune in to LIVE 105 for more info!

These are instructions on how to make a playlist on imeem.com.
1. Log onto imeem.com
2.Navigate to the music that you would like to add to your playlist by using the search function in the upper right-hand corner of your browser.
3.Once you've found the song that you'd like to add. Click on the link that says "Add to playlist" in the lower right corner by the imeem music player.
4.Choose "create new playlist" then you can create a title for your playlist. Then click on "add song to playlist" And you're done!!
5.Repeat these steps to add multiple songs to your playlist.
6.When you're finished you can join the Live 105 group and embed your playlist into a forum posting.
